Herman van Dyck
(January 2, 1887 - January, 1980)
Herman van Dyck was born January 2, 1887 in Groningen, Holland and was a 79-year-old blind man when he came to be a part of the West Islip Church of Christ family in West Islip, Long Island, New York in the summer of 1966, when David was ten-and-a-half. This page is dedicated to his memory.
(Note: Although Herman was generally known by the English spelling of Van Dyke, he signed his name using the Dutch spelling.)
